Reuben dip

The following recipe for reuben dip is in response to people who have fallen in love with this recent picture on my Flickr feed.

As always, my buddy Frank said it best when he left me this IM earlier tonight:

HOT REUBEN DIP

2 family packs of corned beef (Carl Buddig), chopped
8oz. sour cream
1½ cups mayonnaise
8oz. grated swiss cheese
3 green onions, chopped
12oz. cream cheese

Mix all together. Hollow out (1½-2lb.) round loaf of rye bread, and fill with mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

I got it from my aunt, pete fell in love with it last year at our place during the Superbowl, I gave him the recipe, its NOT healthy by any means, ha!
